A policeman pulls George Bush over after he was caught driving the wrong way on a one-way street.

Cop: Mr. President, do you know where you were going?

George Bush: No, but wherever it is, it must be bad because all the other cars were leaving.

Cop: Sir, the bad news is you are going to get a ticket. The good news is that I did not vote for you!
